Welcome to my website!

I am a second year Ph.D. student at Georgia Tech Computer-aided Design Lab (GTCAD), advised by Prof. Sung Kyu Lim. I received a B.S. from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Seoul National University in August 2023.

I am interested in following fields:

• Homogeneous, Heterogeneous 3D ICs
• EDA flow with Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Graph Algorithm
• Back-Side Power, Clock Delivery Networks, and Signal Routing
